Brought to you by the J. Ramos Works Foundation, the Live Virtual Workouts program is designed to help as many individuals as possible with their physical health and fitness goals. We believe that the benefits of these workouts are critical for the overall wellness of any given individual by lowering the risk of cardiovascular disease, cancer, and other illnesses or ailments that cause significant issues. While most group fitness classes typically require a fee or a gym membership to attend, these donation-supported virtual workouts are provided via YouTube for free and in various time options to suit any viewer from around the world in the comfort of their own home, making this program extremely accessible. LIVE VIRTUAL WORKOUTS SCHEDULE

The following is a schedule of when all the livestreams will go live. When the virtual workouts are in session, they give the participant a more unique experience for them to interact with the instructor and other viewers in chat. All the workouts occur in pacific time, and if you are not able to attend a virtual workout live, the replay will be immediately available for you on YouTube.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

10 MINUTE BOOTCAMP

These bootcamps are designed for all levels where you can scale your workout to where you want it to be. Each bootcamp will either be a full body workout, or one that focuses on wither upper body, lower body, or core. Whether you are a beginner or an expert, these bootcamps are a great way to keep you active.

​

10 Minute Bootcamp workouts will usually require a set of dumbbells and resistance bands. If you do not have any of these pieces of equipment, check out our equipment page to get you started.

U-JAM FITNESS

U-Jam Fitness is a dance cardio format that combines the energy and grittiness of urban dance in easy-to-follow choreography and funky adrenaline-based urban beats from around the world to transform working out and building fitness into more of a party!

TOTAL BODYWORK

TOTAL BODYWORK is a bootcamp-style format that provides a full body-conditioning workout without the use of any equipment. This class is designed to be easily modified to suit your own personal abilities and goals.

 
TURBO KICK

TURBO KICK is a cardio kickboxing class designed to help improve cardiovascular endurance and incorporates easy-to-follow basic kickboxing moves into athletic drills and intensity intervals to a soundtrack to fuel the adrenaline. These classes can be easily modified for beginners or ratchet up the intensity and speed for the ultimate cardio workout.

While all the livestreams and replays of these live virtual workouts are free and available to anyone, this program cannot be sustained without the continued support of viewers like you. The J. Ramos Works Foundation is dependent on donations to help cover ongoing expenses (e.g., rent, utilities, equipment maintenance, etc.) that go with delivering quality virtual workout productions five days a week.
